Burke + Norfolk + Alick
After being a fan of Simon Norfolk’s portrait work in Afghanistan (I don’t like the non-portrait stuff in that series so much), posing mainly military personnel in similar stances to people in images taken by John Burke before him, I decided to make my own after my first time paintballing. Although I must contest your lack of love for the landscape work. I admit it doesn’t float my boat as much as some of his other work, but how can you not love this:
